Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us and we take the responsibility of handling your personal information seriously. This Privacy Policy applies to Little Legends Aust Pty Ltd ABN 60 155 819 373 ( “ LL” ) and to all its business activities. It describes in detail how we collect and handle your personal information, who we exchange your information with, when we may send your information overseas, and to which countries, how you can access and correct your information and how you can complain about a breach. It is LL’s policy to comply with the requirements of the Privacy Act 1988 in all activities of LL involving the collection, use, disclosure and handling of personal information.
In this Privacy Statement, personal information means information or an opinion (including information or an opinion forming part of a database), whether true or not, and whether recorded in a material form or not, about an individual whose identity is apparent, or can reasonably be ascertained, from the information or opinion. The types of personal information collected includes your name, address, email address, phone number, mailing and/or billing addresses and credit/debit card information for the purpose of fulfilling orders.Â
We do reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time, so please check back periodically.
Collection of information
LL will only collect personal information to use when it is reasonably necessary for its activities. It will not collect or monitor any personal information about an individual without their consent. The only personal information collected is what is provided voluntarily by an individual. Personal information will be collected by lawful and fair means and not in an unreasonably intrusive way.
Information will be collected about an individual from the individual in question. When this is not the case, reasonable steps will be taken to ensure the individual has been made aware of the matters listed above.
Use of information
 We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.Â
LL may employ other companies or service providers to assist us in providing our services or any functions related to our services, including (but not limited to) marketing, market research, mail-house services, hosting and product development services, analysis of member lists and/ or consulting services.Â
When a product is purchased, personal information will be requested in order to fulfill the order and provide the product. You are not obligated to provide personal information however failure to do so may result in LL being unable to provide products to you.Â
LL may disclose, and these third parties may have access, to the personal information that is needed to perform their specific function. They cannot use that information for other purposes.
 We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
We use non-identifying and aggregate information to improve the design of our website and our services.
Disclosure of information.
We will not sell or rent your personal information to any third party.Â
From time to time, however, as stated above, we may provide certain information to selected business partners in order to effectively provide the product or service requested.Â
Third Parties to which LL may disclose personal information to includes:
- related entities of LL;
- contractors, agents and suppliers LL engages to provide products and/or perform services;
- LL’s professional advisors such as legal professionals and accountants;
- Government bodies and or law enforcement bodies;
- a purchaser of or investor in all or part of LL’s business; and

We require that these third parties keep the personal information of customers secure and confidential. We also require that these contractors use personal information only on behalf of LL.
Data security and storage
LL will take reasonable steps to protect the personal information it holds from misuse and loss and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. The personal information is stored on secure servers if in digital format, or in locked areas if in hardcopy format. These repositories are protected in controlled facilities. In some cases these facilities may be in Canada, Singapore and the United States. LL take reasonable steps to only send your information to countries that have strong data protection laws.
LL will take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify personal information if it is no longer needed for any purpose for which the information may be used.Â
Anonymity
 When a product is purchased, personal information will be requested in order to fulfill the order and provide the product, provide updated information, and advise of other LL products, which may be of interest. You are not obligated to provide personal information however failure to do so may result in LL being unable to provide products to you.
Cookies
We may make use of “cookies” to make our website perform better or provide targeted personalised advertisements.
 A “cookie” is a feature built into your browser that assigns you a “user ID.” Cookies are used to follow the pattern of movements of web users. Cookies let us know which pages on our website are visited, in what order and how often. By themselves, cookies cannot be used to discover your identity – they merely identify your computer to our servers when you visit us. We may track domain names, IP addresses, e-mail addresses and browser types from people who visit our Website, but this information is not correlated with any personal information.
Individual Right of Access
Individuals have the right to review, amend or delete personal Information that may be recorded on the LL database. Information may be reviewed, amended or deleted by contacting LL at enquiry@littlelegends.net.auÂ
A request may be made to delete personal and, and all reasonable steps to delete the information will be made, except where it is required for legal reasons.Â
We will not charge you for making the request for access, however access charges may apply to cover our costs in locating, collating and explaining the information you request.
